Everylite covers their products for a period that ranges from 24 to 120 months, please refer to pages from 3 to 5 of the document to find the corresponding length to any of our products.

This limited warranty is valid only when Everylite’s signage LED and Power Supply are used together (as a system without third-party devices used in the system) for their intended use and properly wired and installed as a system in accordance with all instructions, building codes, the latest Underwriter Laboratory standards of Safety, National Electric Code, Canadian Standards Association, and all other domestic and international safety agencies that are recognized as having applicable safety requirements.

Any use outside the conditions stated in Everylite’s s written data sheets and instruction or stated herein, including the use of third-party dimming, flashing or other effect devices, extreme environmental conditions, or any other unintended usage will void this warranty. Replacement of Everylite products or Power Supplies with any other manufacturer’s components will further void this
warranty.

Everylite will not warrant:

• Defects caused by improper installation and failure to provide a suitable installation environment
  (i.e. temperature, humidity)
• Unauthorized service or parts
  • Damage caused by any power source problem, including but not limited to fluctuations and power surges, connections to improper voltage, or incorrect electrical line voltage
  • Minor imperfections that meet design specifications
  • Damages caused by usage that is not in accordance with product instructions or user manuals, failure to follow that product instructions or user manuals, or failure to perform cleaning or preventative maintenance
  • Damage caused by a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Everylite
• Acts of God
• Damages created during shipment
• Incidental or consequential loss damage related to any defect of Everylite products
• Damage caused by misuse of the products for purposes other than those for which it was designed
• Products found bent, corroded, deformed, mildewed, broken, rusted, with a scratched PC board surface or of similar conditions
• Damage or malfunction caused by normal wear and tear of the product

All damages must be reported and noted on the bill of lading the same day the product is received and emailed to us immediately to properly file a claim report. Otherwise, the Customer is responsible for all incurred repair costs, which may include: labor, parts, and all related shipping
charges.
